Restrictions
- Valid for one (1) Fast Pass including quick entry at the front of the general admission line, access to our Vamp Cam photo booth, and tented Recovery Zone with free hot cocoa and marshmallows to roast over the fire pit.
- Fast Pass Ticket Valid for September 20th - November 1st, 2025. Distracted Haunted House is Open select Friday Nights 7P-11:30PM, Saturday's 7P-11:30PM, & Sunday's 7P-10:30PM beginning Saturday September 20th (see full calendar for full dates of operation at https://feardistracted.com/calendar-new.php).
- When Distracted Haunted House reaches maximum capacity they must close the mall doors and let no one else into the line. This means on busy nights they may have to close the line and ticket booth early. Once you are in the mall and your ticket voucher is validated (you will receive a Distracted wristband once validated) and then you are in line you will get through the haunted house. Please arrive early to ensure you get into the mall, have your ticket voucher validated (or purchase on site) and be in line with your Distracted wristband to be certain you get into the haunted house. This is particularly important on busy nights (especially Saturday nights). Please consider a Friday or Sunday night for smaller crowds.
- Maximum group size to go through the haunted house is 6 people. If your group is larger than 6 you will be split up to ensure safety and the best show for everyone in the group.
- Cancellation Policy: In the case the venue cancels all events after your purchase date, they will issue a refund. Please allow 5-7 business days to notice the refund.
- Refund Policy: No refunds or returns.
- Must Present Voucher on Date of use. QR Code will be scanned at the doors.
- No cash or credit back on unused amount
